Famous for its white sand beach, Waikiki remains one of the premier neighborhoods in Honolulu. Take a swim or catch the sunset at one of its world-renowned beaches. If you crave the outdoors, rent snorkels to see turtles at Kaimana Beach, take a surfing lesson, or catch a game/relax at Kapiolani Regional Park. There are countless places along Waikiki to rent snorkels or surfboards for a day.

Diamond Head is located in close proximity to Waikiki, and offers a multitude of recreational opportunities. You can also spend the day enjoying shopping along Kalakaua Avenue or the newly renovated International Marketplace, where shops are open almost every day of the year. Dining options abound at the International Marketplace, or check out some of Waikiki's famed restaurants like Michel's, Roy's, or DK's.

Because Waikiki is the center of attraction in Honolulu, there are parades and events happening year-round, which means that there is no shortage of things to do in the city!

The newly renovated Ala Moana Center - the largest outdoor mall in the country - is in close proximity to Waikiki. The Center offers a variety of shopping, including a brand-new Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Chanel, and more.
